An Error with 'flatpak list'

Hi,

It seems you somehow got in a situation where
/home/me/.local/share/flatpak/repo exists but isn't an ostree repository.
If it's an empty directory, you can delete it with "rmdir
/home/me/.local/share/flatpak/repo" and Flatpak will re-create it properly.
