appstreamcli compose broken

Hi all. I have problems with 2 projects not being able to build, presumably
after a package update.

When running flatpak-builder, I initially received errors about an invalid
license. When I updated the appstream xml's "metadata_license" tag, I
received errors about a missing icon. I wasn't able to resolve this error,
so instead went to the online metainfo creator (
https://www.freedesktop.org/software/appstream/metainfocreator/#/guiapp )
and used it to generate a new appstream xml file.

Now when I try to build, I'm getting:
