The fontconfig package won't install any files on the userspace. if you are
suspecting, see scriptlet on fontconfig. though fontconfig itself may moves
config files when it was placed on the older space but it was happened on f18
lifetime. see https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Features/Fontconfig2.10

Anyway if you aren't sure where it was coming from, there might be some clue in
those files. ask those to corrct it.
