Current fontconfig caches are supposed to be matched one-by-one to fonts. when
fonts has been moved somewhere or doing bind-mounts fonts directories somewhere
else would causes rebuilding caches and can't share it on them (which is the
main target this time).

This also affects the startup time for applications and caches should supports
relocation without rebuilding.
