[Fontconfig] Where is Xft available?

Since it looks like fontconfig will now be distributed on its own, where 
do I get up-to-date Xft source code?  Will there be a release of Xft 
simultaneously with fontconfig?

I'm on a Solaris 8 SunBlade 100, which doesn't use XFree86, making it 
somewhat difficult to get this all to work.

I'm not subscribed to the list, so I would appreciate any replies being 
copied to me directly.  Thanks.
