[Fontconfig] Problem with make install under mingw

What didn't exist? The .libs directory or the import library
.libs/libfontconfig.dll.a that src/Makefile(.am) wants to install?

If the latter, where did libtool produce the import library then? Or
didn't you build as a DLL?

Well, it does for me. What version of libtool do you use?
