[Fontconfig] Where's the FAQ?

I've set up a wiki at http://wiki.fontconfig.org to try and capture this 
kind of information.  So far, it's empty, and I'm unlikely to find time 
before February to play with it.  OF course, it's a wiki, so others are 
welcome to hack it if they want.
