Yes, that looks quite correct.  I would appreciate it if you could file a 
bug on the fontconfig bugzilla ( http://fontconfig.org/bugzilla ); the 
fontconfig CVS is in flux this week and I'm afraid that if it's not in 
bugzilla, I'll forget to fix this.
