[Fontconfig] fontconfig and artwiz fonts, incompatibility

Hi,

I maintain the FreeBSD port of artwiz's font pack, this contains 14
fonts. The fonts themselves are supplied as .pcf.gz files. I've used
these fonts successfully for about a year now and only with recent
versions of fontconfig have I had problems.

# fc-cache -vf
 ...
fc-cache: "/usr/.../fonts/artwiz-fonts": caching, 4 fonts, 0 dirs
 ...
# ls /usr/.../fonts/artwiz-fonts/*.pcf.gz | wc -l
 14

When building the font cache only 4 of the fonts are recognised from
the directory of 14. Additionally even the fonts which are recognised
are not actually available to use. I have attached the font.cache
file which is being generated in the hope it might provide clues.

If someone could tell me what is wrong with these fonts, I'd appreciate
it. I don't believe they are maintained by the original author any
longer.
