[Fontconfig] fontconfig-2.2.94 won't build against freetype-2.1.8

Yup.  That's what I did in fontconfig CVS.  I used 'FC_MIN' et al to make 
sure I didn't accidentally conflict with another package (just as FreeType 
now uses FT_MIN).

I'll see if I can't manage to do a 2.2.95 release in the next day or so.
