[Fontconfig] Cannot determine suffix of executable build tools ??

i am appending my config.log for your reference.

 I am getting the error :
checking for suffix of executable build tools... configure: error:
Cannot determine suffix of executable build tools


please advice.

Appending some part of config.log which i "think" may cause the
problem. i dont know if i am correct.

anyways i am appending that part. appending full config.log consumes
lots of space and
i have already posted that also but it needs moderator's approval.

since, i need solution urgently i am posting this.
