Summary of changes:

* Fix manuals in section 3 so they get built and installed.

* Rework GSUB/GPOS script parsing to avoid crashing when presented with 
  broken fonts.

* Add a few more example configuration files to /etc/fonts/conf.d from the 
  debian packaging.
