[Fontconfig] Turn off subpixel hinting

Something like this should do the job:

<!DOCTYPE fontconfig SYSTEM "fonts.dtd">
<fontconfig>
<match target="font">
  <edit name="rgba" mode="assign" binding="strong">
    <const>none</const>
  </edit>
</match>
</fontconfig>

Or set "Xft.rgba: none" as an X resource (which is probably what the
GNOME GUI is actually doing underneath -- it's certainly what the XFCE
one does).
