[Fontconfig] fc-cache vs. HAN NOM fonts

Dear all,

  It seems that fc-caceh(2.3.x and 2.4.x) cannot recognize
  the high resolution HAN NOM font(hannomH.zip),

  http://vietunicode.sourceforge.net/fonts/fonts_hannom.html

  fc-cache -v -f returns `0 fonts'.
