[Fontconfig] Infinite loop issue

Hi, all.

We have recently cross-compiled fontconfig for an ARM architecture
(tried fontconfig 2.6.0, with freetype 2.3.8) and fc-cache won't
complete at all.
It seems like it enters on an infinite loop, walking through all ucs4
and always returning "glyph = 1" (to no end). Has anyone had the same
problem or do anyone know what is it about?
