[Fontconfig] Problems with fc-arch

I've given it a few minutes of thought and can't think of a better name. 
I would hate to give it some combined name only to find that any number 
of other architectures have the same signature.

But it's good to know that it's an issue of naming as opposed to being 
erroneously detected.

No, not cross-compiling. Native compilation is the way to go, IMO.
