[Fontconfig] Font aliases for old Microsoft font names

Hi Akira,

No I'm not familiar enough with it to do so, but had mentioned this 
issue in a libreoffice bug report and they said they rely on fontconfig 
for font substitution and so i thought to submit the issue upstream.
