[fprint] Support for FP-Reader in Dell Latitude E6420

Dear all

The Dell Latitude is a widely used company notebook. It's fingerprint reader is not yet supported, but I think many users would benefit by supporting this model.

Running Ubuntu 11.10 64Bit.
