[fprint] How to cross compile libfprint for ARM-Linux

Thanks, everyone. It helped a lot. But I can't disable the uru4000 driver
because that's what I excatly need to support. I will continue to cross
compile those packages. I'll let you kown if it succeed or I need more help.
