The "accessibility at freestandards.org" is the workgroup mailman list.   I 
would suggest that we create an accessibility-discuss at freestandards.org or 
a11y-discuss list for catch all discussions.   If we can get an online 
agreement, then we can confirm at next Wednesday's conference call.
