[Freedreno] Presence of GPL'ed file in libdrm

Hi Rob,

libdrm contains a file freedreno/msm/msm_drm.h which is under GPL-2.0
license:

http://cgit.freedesktop.org/mesa/drm/tree/freedreno/msm/msm_drm.h

Is it possible for you to either re-license or replace this file to
allow for an overall MIT/X11 licensing of the library?

Otherwise all distribution packages directly or indirectly linking to
libdrm would need to be reviewed for GPL compatibility and .spec files
updated and in the meantime have freedreno support disabled for us again. :/
