no issue for msm_drm.h to be dual license.. I'll push an update a bit later

But I'm not 100% sure about:

That file comes as-is from downstream qcom kernel, so perhaps it is
assumed to be GPL?  However if you are using drm/msm kernel driver,
the kgsl backend in libdrm is unneeded so it could be removed, patched
out in packaging?
