[Freedreno] [PATCH] UNTESTED: drm/msm: enabled a430 support

Hi Rob,

The first time I run it, 'completed fence' is 0.

I don't see any IOMMU faults in the log.

Also, I am cherry-picking drm commits back into the android angler 3.10
kernel, so it's possible I'm missing something important from upstream.
I'll take a look.
