Hi Brian,

You are right about the license.  You can use it as a DLL,
provided you provide the source code for your FriBidi DLL.  There
have been ports for FriBidi in AbiWord project, and there are
some build system stuff in "win" folder of the FriBidi CVS.

About other terminal simulators, MLTerm is using FriBidi for a
long time now.
