[Ftp-release] [ANNOUNCE] libmd 1.0.0 released

Hi!

This release marks the project as stable with the 1.0.0 version. It
contains mostly portability and build fixes (several thanks to Michael!)
and some cleanups.

As usual the tarballs can be found both at Hadrons.Org and FreeDesktop.Org
although the later have not been uploaded yet due to
<https://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/freedesktop/2018-January/000354.html>.
