Gypsy 0.7

It is with much ceremony that I announce Gypsy 0.7, the "actually
auto-starts" release.

* Support auto-start on the system bus
* Add Garmin->NMEA converter
* Fix client unreffing

As usual, the source is available to download from
gypsy.freedesktop.org.  Packages for Debian are currently in the NEW
queue.
