Geoclue Mantience

Hey for those of you that don't know... I'm Keith Preston and one of
the authors of the original source of Geoclue, although I haven't done
much actual source code in geoclue in a while.  It has been a while
since there has been some activity on Geoclue and its a shame to see
it go to waste.   I have started to have some extra time and since I
have commit access to the repository, I think I can take a maintainer
role on in the project, reviewing and pushing patches.   Hopefully if
I get a little more time on my hands, I can start doing a little
development.

So if you subscribe to the commit list you have probably seen a flurry
of activity.   I've gone through the freedesktop bug list and reviewed
a few of the outstanding patches and pushed them out to tips.   If you
have any bugs or features that you have patches for, feel free to
discuss them on the mailing list and if we get a consensus, I will
review and push them.
