Error while building gnome-settings-daemon

Fedora 23 unfortunately has older Geoclue (older than it should have
been, due to a mistake on my part). What you could do is to install
geoclue git or source tarball or get the packages from Fedora 24.
There is now a configure flag (--disable-backend) to only build the
library part. You can use this switch to just install the library in
jhbuild.
