[ghns] New release of dxs-perl

Update:

There are now the first sources for a KDE implementation. Only 2 methods are 
supported so far - getting provider information and the list of categories.
In the tarball linked to below there is a test application and two classes 
under the KNS namespace. These classes are intended to be part of KNewStuff2. 
They are KNS::Soap, a little SOAP handler, and KNS::Dxs, which will implement 
all possible remote methods, relying on KNS::Soap.

It needs dxs-perl installed at http://localhost.

Now that the "practice" part has progressed a bit, it's time for me to work on 
the "theory" part again, namely the specs.
