Updated Manifest

Hi guys, I have just uploaded a new manifest, you can get it
here:

Please give it a try and report back any troubles you encounter, I
have given it a few testing rounds already but you know how this
goes..., Instructions remain being the same but the repository
structure has changed so I strongly recommend you wipe out
frameworks/base and external/gstreamer-aggregate and do a full
repo sync before attempting building it.
