Updated Manifest

Hi,

I download new manifest and did a full sync. The problems about surfaceflinger and audioflinger are fixed.
I try it in the PC Linux emulator. The application gst-launch could play wav and ogg files.

But the emulator qemu will crash when gst-launch play mp3 file. The gst-launch command is as follows:
gst-launch filesrc location=1.mp3 ! mp3parse ! mad ! audioconvert ! audioflignersink

The logcat has no special trace, and the qemu error is as follows:
External/qemu/tcg/tcg.c:1362: tcg fatal error

Does it means the library mad can't support qemu?

We found an small problem with surfaceflingersink not being plugged, I
just commited a fix to gst-android so if you synced already please issue
repo sync now and try again.
