Building GStreamer with the NDK

Awesome! I can confirm that it works. I followed the instructions and
have it running on two phones (samsung nexus s (2.3.6) and lg p500
(2.3.3)). Audio works great. Video rendering seems to be tricky - ndk
need extra permissions to access surface flinger. If anyone has good
ideas, speak up.
Another thing we need to figure in the long run are the java bindings.
Again if anyone has experience with those, please join the efforts.
