Error messages while running setup.sh

Hi,
      I am trying to build the gstreamer code using the instructions from http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/wiki/GstreamerAndroid_InstallInstructions . But running setup.sh ($ bash setup.sh) gives error
"setup.sh: line 5: android: command not found
setup.sh: line 6: android: command not found
setup.sh: line 12: syntax error: unexpected end of file "

But the command  "android list targets " runs and list some targets. OS is Ubuntu 11.04. Can someone pls help?
