the problem of bulit tutorial project under windows 7

android version :18
ndk version:r9
gstreamer for android version:1.2.0

when i bulit GStreamer SDK tutorials(under
$GSTREAMER_SDK_ROOT_ANDROID\share\gst-sdk\tutorials folder),I got the above
error.what's the problem?and, how to fix it?
