There is no encoder support included yet, see this patch:
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=705129

Only decoders are supported without that, and that patch still needs to
be properly reviewed and then integrated once it's ready. You could try
it already and report if it works fine for you to help with that :)
