Error building Gstreamer Android App on Windows

not sure how to answer to this..

We just retried building with a different language. I misstranslated the
german message to english / the error is different in english:

C:/Projekte/{projectname}/app/build/intermediates/ndkBuild/finder/debug/obj/local/arm64-v8a/lib{project}.so}
  GStreamer      : [GEN] => gst-build-arm64-v8a/gstreamer_android.c
  '#' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
  operable program or batch file.
  make: *** [genstatic_arm64-v8a] Error 1

any ideas how to fix this error?
