Error building Gstreamer Android App on Windows

Something that is calling or defining a command to be used to build
gstreamer_android.c is instead encountering what appears to be a comment.
Look in your .mk files. Also add some echo commands to ndk-build to show
the values of the environment variables it uses, and the command it is
being given.
