xvimagesink -v

This should just work, similar to 0.8, where (if you specify a filtered caps for
framerate), it just works and displays video. However, in 0.9, it "fixates" (?)
to RGB video, whereas the encoder only supports I420.

Seems like a videotestsrc bug.
