with 0.10.1 this clip again made errors (stream not implemented)

Now when my distro incorporated Debian's patch for using externald ffmpeg, this
was gone.

But it seems this clip is somehow problematic for the vanilla gst-ffmpeg, since
this is a 3rd type of bug while playing this clip in different GStreamer
versions.

May this clip be put to some media library for regression tests with new
releases ?
