Summary: Configure options causing compilation to fail
           Product: GStreamer
           Version: 0.10.x
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: minor
          Priority: Normal
         Component: gstreamer (core)
        AssignedTo: gstreamer-bugs at lists.sourceforge.net
        ReportedBy: pkj at axis.com
         QAContact: gstreamer-bugs at lists.sourceforge.net
     GNOME version: Unspecified
   GNOME milestone: Unspecified

Please describe the problem:
Using any of the following configure options causes the build to fail:

--disable-parse
--disable-trace
--disable-alloc-trace
--disable-enumtypes

Steps to reproduce:

Actual results:

Expected results:

Does this happen every time?

Other information:
I do not know whether the correct solution to this problem is to remove the
options, or fix the code. I was just trying to build the libraries as small as
possible, and thus started by disabling just about everything I could...
