Please describe the problem:
We build GStreamer without support for GTK+. This works well with the right
--disable-* options, except for a small problem in
gst-plugins-base/gst/tcp/Makefile.am. It specifies that $(GTK_CFLAGS) and
$(GTK_LIBS) are to be used when building fdsetstress, which is totally
unnecessary.
