last, I tried to make the Sound Juicer tip the cd's in mp3. I used the
directions given on http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=295698 . As you
see, I use Ubuntu 6.06. So, I followed the guidelines, but when I typed the
code to install the gstreamer in the terminal, it couldn't find the package. So
I opened the Sybaptic and install all the gstreamer-plugins that seemed
important for this (gstramer-plugins-good, -bad, -ugly, ...)
After that, I tried to rip a cd to mp3 and it did rip the cd to mp3 but it
could'nt read it (something with bitrate). So I switched back to ripping in ogg
but now when I click on "extract", I get a warning
"Sound Juicer could not extract this CD.
Reason: Internal GStreamer error: negotiation problem. Please file a bug at
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=GStreamer ."
