Thanks for the bug report. This particular bug has already been reported into
our bug tracking system, but please feel free to report any further bugs you
find.


As far as I know all the GStreamer-related problems with this have been fixed
(the instructions are wrong as well, but you should at least get a decent error
message). Please re-open if you still have this problem with ubuntu feisty and
if you use bitrate=192 instead of bitrate=196 (you will need
gstreamer0.10-plugins-good and gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly-multiverse for this
in feisty I think).
