I don't want to close this just now because the problem is not solved, only
moved.

Because they don't look at the time-code, and push all buffers based on
framerate.
Which is IMHO wrong.

AFAIK only this file is broken with the patch, and not the whole format.

I think it can help to get more information on this file and how it is created.
