reopening because issue persists.

due to the nature of our decoding hardware, it can't be prevented that it
consumes an undetermined amount of buffers all at once before starting to
asynchronously decode. any hints on how a fix could look like so that i'm able
to correctly play these types of streams using gst-launch would be appreciated.
