Trying out the hypothesis that this was due to the logic in
GST_STATE_CHANGE_PAUSED_TO_PLAYING I added some printf-ing to see which path
was taken, but with this added I couldn't reproduce. However, I didn't see
either branch ever being taken, so this particular piece of code is probably
not the culprit.
