I type the following command under Android ADB shell in Android 3.1.
root at android:/ # export GST_PLUGIN_PATH=/system/lib
root at android:/ # export GST_REGISTRY_UPDATE=1
root at android:/ # export GST_REGISTRY=/sdcard/reg.bin
root at android:/ # /system/bin/gst-inspect-0.10 libgstdecodebin2

But unfortunately the following warning messages shown on terminal. How can I
fix it?

(gst-inspect-0.10:376): GStreamer-WARNING **: External plugin loader failed.
This most likely means that the plugin loader helper binary was not found or
could not be run. If you are running an uninstalled GStreamer setup, you might
need to update your gst-uninstalled script so that the GST_PLUGIN_SCANNER
environment variable gets set.

No such element or plugin 'libgstdecodebin2'
