use GST_IS_OSX_AUDIO_SINK to distinguish sink from src.

Thank you for your review.
I implemented GST_IS_OSX_AUDIO_SINK and set_position only if the object is
sink.

But, what do you mean "similar code", Sebastian?
Should I inspect source device channel layout and store as channel-mask in
get_caps()?
