userspace mmap is now fully supported by dmabuf in the kernel, there is no more
discussion about that now.

Since I have only use gstdmabuf for v4l2 (and maybe later Xsink), I have put
dmabuf lib in -good. If you have a better directory in mind, please advice me
and I will provide a new patch.
