Not sure if it's a bug in our plugin or a combination of broken disc headers
and libdvdnav not checking for things everwhere.

Perhaps you could install libdvdnav-dbg and gstreamer1.0-plugins-ugly-dbg and
get a stack trace with debugging symbols?
